When a transfer chamber is closed, the chamber opposite to it will open, and the length of the opening is consistent with the contraction length of the chamber being closed. Therefore, the pump has the characteristics of high suction capacity and pulse-free delivery. The scraper blocks the pressure and can compensate the inlet pressure. At the same time, the scraper also has the function of forcibly lubricating the pump bearings or thoroughly cleaning the bearings and seals during cleaning .


    Sine pump: instead of using rotors, planetary gears, pistons and other devices, it uses specially manufactured blades whose shape is like two sine wave curves. At the same time, it works with a movable scraper and a fixed bushing to form a special form of positive displacement pump, which can realize ultra-low shear and pulseless delivery of fluid, even under the condition of 10bar back pressure (transporting water).
